When Britain's Next Top Model winner Lauren walked into the South West London studio for Company's cover shoot she was bubbling with excitement.

Wearing jeans and a loose top and with no make-up on she still looked stunning. Lucky thing!

She'd hardly slept a wink despite trying to get an early night and was getting nervous. Giggling and gossiping whilst she had her hair styled and make-up applied she let us in on what it was really like on a show with such big egos. It sounded dreadful! She even talked about BB- a girl after our own hearts then! Apparently she went to college with winner Brian and they both chat regularly on the phone. How cool! Because the show had finished filming way back in March she had not been able to model for over 4 months so she was dying to get in front of the camera again.

And after a few warm up shots she turned into a pro. She kept looking at the photos on the laptop and casting her critical eye. Who'd have thought that a year ago she'd only ever really posed for a friend's salon? She also kept texting her mum and boyfriend Joe to let them know what a ball she was having (Phew!). Joe's apparently been boasting that he's officially going out with Britain's fittest bird now- bless! Of course the fact that she'd won BNTM had to be kept top-secret until the last show aired so she'd been really cagey with her friends about where she was going for three days! And when she spotted the rail full of outfits just for her, her eyes widened and she skipped over to pick her faves. When you see the cover of Company we're sure you'll agree she chose well!

In the breaks she relaxed on the leather couches catching up on the latest celeb gossip from magazines and asking the make-up artist for her top tips! Then after a long morning in front of the cameras Lauren tucked into a hearty lunch of steak and salad and then ice-cream and fruit to finish before being whisked off with our fashion team for her two day shoot on location.
