The Treatment Rooms day spa is the perfect escape for groups of friends on a mission to spoil themselves, or an individual in search of some blessed relaxation. The upstairs spa offers a range of relaxing and detoxing treatments while the walk-in shop downstairs sells a range of body-beautiful goodies from Aromatherapy Associates, Eve Lom and Dibi.

The Treatment Rooms is the only 5-bubble rated spa in Brighton, the highest industry rating available and has garnered rave reviews from press and customers alike since opening in Brighton several years ago.
The gorgeous, Eastern inspired décor, aromatherapy and calming music will instantly start to dissolve stress levels and the beautiful relaxation room, where you'll be taken after your treatment to sip herbal tea and unwind, is a divine touch.
Treatment:
We had the Swedish Full Body Massage and thoroughly recommend it for anyone in need of some TLC for a stressed out body. For 55 glorious minutes you'll be worked on by a highly qualified therapist who'll go to town on your trouble spots and offer plenty of post-treatment tips to keep those dastardly knots at bay. The Renew Rose Facial also came highly recommended and we loved the sound of their half day rituals; in particular the Romance Ritual, where couples enjoy a two-hour treatment together.
Treatment price?
Prices for a Swedish Full Body Massage start at £52 for 55 minutes. A range of detoxing, body boosting and cellulite blasting wraps are available from £65 and facials start at £49.
Best part?
Personally, we like the calming wail of a good spa soundtrack but if you'd rather listen to your own music during your body treatment, bring along your own ipod or mp3 player and plug it into the docking stations available in any of the rooms.
