Your first views of A&F will be the gorgeous sensual photographs in black and white. Taken by Bruce Webber, models are shot on a beach, or with a mountain style backdrop but all incredibly sexual but tasteful!
The brand focuses on casualwear for a target consumer ages of 18 through 22. With the opening of Londons Flagship store, and 300 stores in the US, the brand has embarked on international expansion throughout various world markets.
A&F sells Camis, vintage fleeces, Knit tanks, classic pols and of course there own range of denim - which come in a multitude of ranges. It can be expensive, but you can always count on the clothes being classic and last over time. Their clothes are definitely casual with a little bit of luxury and you can expect them to be somewhat conservative, which is a good thing. You can bet that if you need a white cami because your previous one is falling apart at the seams, you can easily pick one up at Abercrombie and Fitch.
Their other chains are Hollister (Opening in Shefield in July 09) and Gilly Hicks, which appeal to different demographics but are large successes also.
