Whys it hot?
This edgy new Singapore-based waxing parlour opened quietly in August 2009.
Why you should go..
The stores are fun and relaxed with cheeky ad campaigns around the walls. The therapists are apparently bootcamped in waxing training!!!
They have a few simple rooms which is equipped with a cabinet to store your clothes, their wax and towels (each customer gets their own hygiene wax pack!) a bed for you to lie on, some frames and a miror for you to look at your own self.
You can start with a pretreatment calming tea before you're stripped of unwanted hair with a gentle homemade wax, pliable enough to remove even the shortest stubble.
Brazilians are a specialty, and stress balls are on hand for nervous beginners. Take a date for a boyzilian (ouch) and you'll both be treated to aftercare of anti-inflammatory lotions and cooling cream.
Their brazilians are one of the best in town and at £19 you need to try it!(all treatments are half price, but only till the middle of September 2009)

Waxing do's and dont's
Don't book in for a wax just before or during your period, as this is when your body is at its most sensitive and the ouch factor will be at its greatest.
Don't shave in between waxing appointments. This makes the hair more resistant to future waxing.
Don't rub or touch the area for the next 24 hours after your wax as empty follicles provide a route for a nasty bacteria
Do exfoliate skin every 4-7 days, starting 3 days after treatment to deal with ingrown hairs.
Do take paracetamol 15 mins before your appointment if you feel you have a low threshold for pain.
