Start out with some frayed denim hotpants.

You will need:
- Black fabric dye (optional)- Green fabric paint
- Green nail polish

Dye them dark black using machine dye (optional).

Paint a slime pattern onto the pockets freehand using the fabric dye. You can also add nail polish over the top for that glossy slimy finish!
