MONDAY: Since the chilly weather has hit Manchester this season, I have been all about the faux-fur coats! One of my biggest peeves about the winter season was having to ruin an outfit by putting on a coat over it, but with the stylish faux fur offerings this year, I don\'t have to worry! I\'ve been virtually living in this leopard print number. It\'s been great to actually be warm during the winter for once, since - as you\'ll see from the general length of my hemlines - layering up in the cold is not one of strongest points! I paired this with two other major A/W trends - mustard and sequins - to create a gorgeous outfit which could take me from Uni during the day, to the Union Bar at night with no problems at all!

TUESDAY: I absolutely love this asymmetric-hemmed dress from Dahlia London. Its design is so unusual, yet still wearable and the sheer skirt is bang on trend for this season. I paired it with some more faux fur and a floppy hat for some floaty seventies-esque style, but with an up-to-dat twist with the grungy boots and colour scheme.

WEDNESDAY: My housemates called me Edie - after Edie Sedgwick - all day while I was wearing this Mary Quant-esque 60s style shift dress. I am a huge fan of stripes, and I like how the wide stripes of this dress make a nice change to the classic breton stripe. I channeled the 60s through my up-do, but made sure to keep the look modern with some over the knee socks in this season\'s favourite burgundy shade, and a gold cross necklace that plants me firmly in today\'s fashion scene.

SATURDAY: Once again channeling my favourite things; burgundy, faux fur and leather! One of my favourite looks fashion-wise is a mixture of girly and grunge, and yet again that\'s what I seem to be doing here! This outfit is perfect for autumn days, as well as looking pretty cool to go to the pub in once the night falls too! I\'m also sporting my new favourite boots. I am a sucker for ankle boots, and spent the last month hunting down my perfect wedge platform boots to see me through the season. In the end I found these tassled beauties in Primark for a proper bargain!

FRIDAY: Mustard has got to be my favourite new trend of this A/W season! It\'s such a gorgeous colour and I went crazy for it as soon as it started flooding into the shops. I\'m also very much embracing the skater dress shape this year, as it\'s so flattering on everyone, and never fails to make you feel stylish. If you\'re me you also spend far too much time spinning around and swishing your skirts about in an embarrassing way too.... My second favourite colour trend is burgundy so I couldn\'t resist pairing these over the knee socks with my outfit. I\'m a massive hat lover, so always appreciate accessorising with a good hat, and this cute one is no exception!

THURSDAY: Velvet looks set to be making a come-back again this winter (as usual), so I went all out with this head-to-toe velvet outfit! The burgundy colour and the skater style of this skirt are so gorgeous, and I love how the look manages to combine both a little bit of grunge and a little bit of glam. I love mixing textures, so I paired this outfit with my trusty, falling-to-bits leather jacket and some patent creeper-style vintage shoes.

SUNDAY: I love the dreaminess of this outfit. I\'m not normally a hugely girly girl, but I embraced the floral patterns, sheer chiffon and pinkish hues of this outfit and ended up rather loving it! The kimono shape of this cape makes it a perfect cover-up for all season, as there\'s plenty of room for layers underneath it, and I absolutely love the vintage style of the outfit all-together.\r\n
