If you're anything like us, you can't help but get sucked into the X Factor and decide on your favourite acts. For once, our decision on our favourites was easy.
As part of our 'Stick Up For Your Sisters' campaign, launching in next month's Company Magazine, we are getting on board with some female solidarity and supporting Little Mix to win the X Factor 2011!
Good girl groups are hard to find, and we're pretty certain that these four lovely ladies are the best girl band to ever hit X Factor. Members Jesy Nelson (20), Perrie Edwards (18), Leigh-Anne Pinnock (19) and Jade Thirlwall (18), are getting the complete support of Team Company - we'll be voting and cheering you on til the final!
