1 Do you like talking about yourself? Yes.
2 What did you have for breakfast? I had a bowl of Special K and a cup of tea. Milk and 1 sugar.
3 What was the name of the first song you ever wrote? It was called ‘Feeling The Way You Do’. And I hope nobody ever hears it. It’s about seeing a boy in a club that you fancy.
4 Who do you think is your male equivalent? I’d like to think Johnny Knoxville, because he looks like a lot of fun and he doesn’t take himself too seriously and he’s a bit spontaneous and chilled at the same time. I think we’re quite similar apart from the fact that I’m not married. With kids.
5 What time do you wake up in the morning? It varies but I’m really not a morning person. I’d quite happily stay in the studio until 6am but waking up at 6am I do not enjoy.
6 What song have you got in your head at the moment? It’s been in my head for a day now - SBTRKT ‘Hold On’.
7 What did you want to be when you were growing up? I wasn’t really one of those child entertainers. I played Dorothy in The Wizard Of Oz though I just wanted to be on the stage in some shape or form.
8 When was the last time you shouted at somebody? Really shouted. Probably when I have an argument with a taxi driver which is every day. My local taxi firm I use, every time I call them I let them know where I want to go and I know they never listen to the postcode. When I get in the car they never know where they’re going. I’ve got a really short temper.
9 Do you have any dietary requirements? Not really. Everything in moderation.
10 What bad habits do you have? I’m a bit emotional sometimes. It’s good if you want to be a songwriter but bad if you want to be in a relationship. Or over-analyzing. Everyday in the studio I talk about how I feel so in all other aspects I can over think too.
11 Do you have a best friend? Yes I do. We’ve known each other for 6 years, she’s also my flatmate and an amazing stylist. She’s my homie.
12 Are you reading anything at the moment? Dear Zari: Hidden Stories From The Women Of Afghanistan.
13 How would you trump Company.co.uk in a dance off? I hate going to gym so I started to pole dance, purely for fitness. I think that would be my party trick.
14 When was the last time you felt really scared? When I watched The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.
15 Do you believe in ghosts? Yes.
16 Who would you least like to sit next to on a long haul flight? Someone really boring. Or Jedward.
17 What’s your favourite season? Winter because my birthday’s the 25th and Christmas and it’s New Year and I love all the festivities.
18 What was your best subject at school? I was quite good at Art & Design. I was an all-round student. I was quite good at hockey though, I tried out for the national team.
19 Where’s your happy place? My mum and dad’s house. Getting fed and sitting on the sofa watching TV. You don’t have to worry about anything. Then you have to go back to the real world.
20 When was the last time you went to the dentist?
I went to the dentist a couple of months ago. Just had a little clean. Got to keep the pearly whites white.
