Following her critically acclaimed debut EP Lost and Found, Londoner, Lianne La Havas releases her new EP 'Forget' on 27th February.
Recently signed to Warner Bros, the singer's new EP features a single of the same name, a post-break up retaliation about Lianne being dumped and then a year later asked to sing on a song by the very same ex. We've all been there, sure.
A bitter-sweet jazz soul tirade, 'Forget' bellows with the power of a newly restored heart, and glints with a smile of sweet self-satisfaction, her soft and sophisticated tones channelling a young Erykah Badu.
Simplistically soulful and fist-punchingly euphoric, 'Forget' is the melodic equivalent of your best friend telling you to get out of your stinking Slanket and put down the bottle of Glenns.
