Tomorrow sees the 50th anniversary of the Hennessy Gold Cup at Newbury, so this week\'s horse-themed cocktail is a Black Beauty, which has a real kick to it. No – neigh even – we don\'t know much about racing, but this one\'s definitely got potential – and we might even be tempted to have a bit of a flutter (hey, you stand more of a chance at the races than you do playing the lottery)…

HOW TO MAKE THE BLACK BEAUTY:

cocktail,cognac,kahlua,coke,hennessy,coca cola

30ml Hennessy Fine de Cognac
\r\n15ml Kahlua
\r\nTop with cola
\r\nPour over cubed ice into a highball glass
\r\nAdd cherry for decoration/garnish (you can use glacé cherries, like we did, if you can\'t find any fresh cherries)
