Cocktail of the week: Cîroc Classique

ciroc classique
This week, Lisa the Lush is celebrating January payday (at last!) with a Ciroc vodka and champagne cocktail

Yes, we’ve finally been paid and the most depressing month of the year is almost over - so we’re treating ourselves to a sophisticated champagne cocktail to get us geared up for the weekend. Ciroc vodka (made using grapes – cooler than your regular vodka!) takes on the bubbly stuff and a dash of bitters for a unique new cocktail. Time to try…

How to make the Cîroc Classique:

20ml Cîroc vodka
1 white sugar cube
3 dashes aromatic bitters
Small squeeze of lemon juice
5ml honey
100ml Champagne

Soak sugar cube in bitters and drop into Champagne flute. Add Cîroc and honey, top with champagne and garnish with an edible flower (if you can find one!).

Lisa the Lush says: “I can’t get enough of Champagne cocktails, so any new twist on the original is good for me! The Cîroc vodka gives a crisp, clean finish that makes this cocktail just that little bit different. And it looks amazing, too!”

Get your cocktail ingredients delivered straight to your door (or party) with Ocado, which has just launched its own-brand collection of supermarket must-haves, so check it out!
