Cocktail of the Week: Le Grand Freeze

December's nearly here so we're starting to feel a bit festive. And those clever people at Grand Marnier have come up with a delicious Christmassy cocktail with an exotic twist to sip away those winter blues. It's easy, it's fun and it's totally scrummy, so here's how to make Le Grand Freeze. And, hey, if your Christmas isn't going to be a white one this year, at least your cocktail can be!

How to make Le Grand Freeze:

Ingredients: 40ml Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge 20ml rum 60ml pineapple juice 40ml coconut milk

Method: Pour the liqueur into a tall glass filled with ice. Add the rum, pineapple juice and coconut. Stir and serve immediately. Decorate with some red berries to add festive flair.
