Today, Team Company fancied a few strawberry cocktails to brighten up the dreary weather (er, hello August, what the hell's wrong with you?!?)
Thankfully Appleton Estate have come up with the perfect solution to cheer up our weekend, with a fabulously fruity Strawberry Mojito. Cheers guys – and here's to a strawberry-filled bank holiday weekend… Yum!
Here's what you need for a Strawberry Mojito:
50ml Appleton Estate V/X
12 Fresh mint leaves
4 Large sized strawberries
6ml Gomme syrup
25ml freshly squeezed lime
3 Dash of Angostura aromatic bitters
Top up with Champagne/soda as desired And here's how to make your Strawberry Mojito: Muddle mint and strawberries in glass with sugar and lime juice.
