We love a good gin cocktail and Oliver Cromwell gin (available at Aldi) has provided us with the perfect recipe for a classic Tom Collins. Refreshing and lemony – the Tom Collins is just the way we like our festive cocktails. Delicious!
How to make a Tom Collins:
Ingredients:
2 shots Aldi's 'Oliver Cromwell 1599 Premium' Gin
Soda Water
Juice of ½ lemon
1 ½ teaspoons caster sugar
Method:
Shake lemon juice, gin and sugar in cocktail shaker. Strain into a martini glass. Add ice and soda water. Garnish with lemon slice.
