This week's fruity cocktail is a delicious Cran-Peartini
Our Editor, Victoria, happened to be walking past as Mikey was making this week's cocktail, so she thought she'd give it a taste (Don't worry, Lisa the Lush will be back next week!)
MIKEY SAYS: "This one was very satisfying to make, but you definitely need a 'muddler' (to crush the pears), a cocktail shaker and a strainer to get it looking just right. Very strong, but very good Pear today, hungover tomorrow!"

HOW TO MAKE THE CRAN-PEARTINI:
2 pear slices
juice of 1/2 lime
30ml part cranberry juice
45ml citrus vodka
15ml triple sec
ice cubes
paper umbrella and dried cranberries for decoration
In mixing glass, muddle (crush or blend) pear slices with lime juice and cranberry juice. Add vodka and triple sec. Add ice cubes and shake well. Double strain into martini glass. Add paper umbrella with dried cranberries.
