Lisa the Lush was lucky enough to attend a Cocktail Masterclass recently, thanks to Disaronno Amaretto and Shaker UK, the UK's leading bartending schools. So, this week, she's recreating the Disaronno Summer Superfruit as a tribute to the last days of summer (black tights and boots are back in the Company office!)

"It all looked so easy when I was at the masterclass! But cocktail-making really is an art, as I've learnt... the Disaronno Summer Superfruit I made in the office was lovely but the one created at Shaker UK (with a little expert help!) looked more tempting! The cocktail itself was delicious - the goji berries bring a rare twist, and the best thing about it is that you know it's actually good for you - all those antioxidants!"
