Last night, the Company team had its Christmas party – and the theme was gold, glamour and sparkle (which is why Uncle Mikey would like to point out that this is the only reason he is wearing a garish gold hat and tie…) To add to the festive spirit (which was Finlandia vodka on this occasion!), we invited one of London\'s top mixologists along to make us all our favourite cocktail of the year – the Christmas Crush. So a big thank you to Michael Butt from Soulshakers for being such a brilliant sport and shaking his stuff to make 30 cocktails for 29 excitable girls... and one guy... (imagine a Company version of that Boots advert on the telly – \"Here come the girls\" – and you get the picture!) We would also like to give a big thank you to our friends at Ocado and Drinkstuff.com for providing us with everything we needed to make the day a fantastic success!

AND HERE\'S HOW TO MAKE THIS WEEK\'S OCADO COCKTAIL:

35ml FInlandia Grapefruit Fusion
\r\n \r\n
15ml Chambord
\r\n \r\n
5 raspberries
\r\n \r\n
15ml lemon juice
\r\n \r\n
Dash of sugar syrup
\r\n \r\n
40ml pineapple juice
\r\n \r\n
Garnish: MInt leaf and 2 raspberries
\r\n \r\n
Add Finlandia Grapefruit Fusion and Chambord to a cocktail shaker, along with the pineapple juice. Shake the ingredients with ice to mix. Add the lemon juice, sugar syrup and raspberries, and strain into a highball cocktail glass. Garnish with one mint leaf and 2 raspberries. Serve in a chilled glass for best results.
