This week, Mikey Melis created the Rekorderlig Strawberry & Lime – a refreshing 'cocktail' using an unusual new cider from Sweden.
Made with the purest spring water (we're thinking beautiful Swedish Fjords?), pear cider and strawberry juices, this makes a great alternative to a summertime rosé.
Mikey says: “I'm not a massive coiderr fan, but this fruity little number makes a great cocktail with minimum effort (ie: it's a total cheat, cos they've already bottled it for you!) So, yep, I'm now officially a Rekorderlig convert - even if I have no idea how you pronounce it. Delish!”

HOW TO MAKE THE REKORDERLIG STRAWBERRY & LIME: EA-SY! Simply pour a chilled bottle of Rekorderlig over ice, mix together with fresh mint leaves and finish with a squeeze of fresh lime. To give it that extra touch of indulgence, add a few fresh strawberries. Delicious, different and Original with a capital Ohhh!
