After discovering Tuaca at the Boarmasters festival, Mikey has used this Tuscan brandy liqueur to create a tantalising Tuaca Twist cocktail
MIKEY SAYS:
"After enjoying a Tuaca-fuelled weekend at the Boardmasters festival, I thought I'd mix my own cocktail adding an apple-and-ginger twist. I think it works really well, and some of the girls in the office couldn't get enough of it – even if it was just 11 in the morning… Really refreshing – and it almost feels healthy. Love it!"

1 PART TUACA
1 PART APPLE JUICE
1 PART GINGER ALE (WE USED FEVER TREE - DELISH!)
A SQUEEZE OF FRESH LIME
LOADS OF ICE
APPLE AND LIME FOR GARNISH
(STRAW OPTIONAL!)
