This week, Mikey was invited to Vista at The Trafalgar, London's coolest alfresco bar, which has spectacular views over Trafalgar Square (above), Big Ben and the London Eye. While taking in the breathtaking vista (see what they did there?), he was served up a refreshing Watermelon Cooler, the perfect summer sundowner – and definitely a Cocktail Of The Week favourite!!
