This French Connection dress kind of bridges two party trends:- studs and sparkles, which are both great for Christmas. My 80 dernier tights are from Marks and Spencer (where else?) and the shoes are from New Look. They're slightly stacked so they give me a bit of height, which at 5ft3 I definitely need.

I'm wearing a 'vintage' Warehouse dress. I've had it about two years and always dig it out for special occassions because it's comfortable and suitably glam for a party. The one-shoulder and nipped in waist are uber flattering and worn with these stacked black heels, it's the perfect LBD. Oh and a bit of bling always helps to party-up any outfit, so this necklace, given to me by a friend, is one of my faves

Regular outfit of the day followers will recognise this dress - I was on here a few months ago in it. Its from River Island and I've dressed it up for tonight, with fabulous hair from Headmasters, a makeover from Mac. My heals are ridiculously high, but I love them. I love this little lace black dress from topshop, its got a super low back so makes me feel all sexy. I wore it with an Urban Outfitters black blazer and some thick black tights to fight off the cold and finished the outfit off with my trusty purple wedges (I don't seem to be able to take these off) to add a tiny dash of colour.

I wanted to go for something on-trend but glam - it was the Fashion Awards, after all! My dress is from the current range from Lipsy at Topshop and they have so many great party dresses there, it was a tough choice! My shoes are Kaliko and a couple of years old (oh, the shame!).
