\"I love the colour of this jumper from Topshop as it is perfect for our breezy English summer. The colour is bright and bold but it\'s still lovely and warm. (Gosh I sound like my Gran!) You can\'t go wrong with wearing a buttoned up shirt under a jumper to add instant chic to any outfit!\"

\"I\'ve never been very experimental with colour palettes so always used to stick to neutral shades. I really like how navy blue and mustard contrast yet compliment one another and I think the use of colour is something which really makes this outfit stand out.

The \'skirt\' is actually a dress however I\'ve styled it with a belt to give the impression that the top has been tucked in. Sneaky! It\'s actually a really good trick if you have lots of dresses but not many skirts.\"

\"This was actually inspired by an outfit I saw in Company magazine where someone was wearing the same shirt but with a different skirt and jumper. I thought it looked really cool and tried to replicate it but in my own way. I really love the feel of this midi skirt and people are always asking where it\'s from - it\'s actually from Primark! I\'d say it\'s been one of my favourite wardrobe pieces this year.\"

\"I don\'t know what was going on on this day but I clearly felt the need to layer various items of clothing up and it worked! Layering up is perfect for those typical \'summer\' days we have where it\'s not warm enough to venture out without wrapping up. The leather jacket is another staple piece in my wardrobe and it\'s good for wearing through the seasons as the fur collar is detachable. A perfect Uni outfit!\"

\"This outfit was actually an entry for a competition with Style Compare. I loved the pattern of this dress however when it came to wearing it I found it was a bit too cold to wear out - particularly as the lattice effect means your back is left open to the elements. I got my \'layering up\' thinking cap on and decided to put a crisp, white shirt from River Island underneath. I\'d say this outfit is perfect for afternoon tea and biscuits\"

\"Behold the Saturday shopping outfit. A big shopper bag is a necessity for piling in all of your smaller purchases. Especially as I am forever putting my shopping bags down and losing things! The waistline of the jeans are of a higher rise than most waistlines which is much more flattering when it comes to tucking stuff in. The cardigan was a purchase from H&M and I love it. I always have to wear my hair up when I wear it though as I don\'t want to take the attention away from the big bow and the stripes. Very french!\"

\"Sunday is THE day of rest, but not for my wardrobe. These are the sort of colours you will be seeing me in throughout the summer! This outfit is actually made up of mainly children\'s clothes. And children\'s clothes = cheaper clothes. I find that when I\'m shopping it\'s always good to have a look in the kid\'s section just in case there\'s anything to be had. It\'s worth a try to save those pennies!\"
