Do I really need to read these rules?
By registering with Company you are automatically agreeing to abide by our house rules, therefore it's important you read them carefully.

So, what are the rules?
The following activities are unacceptable on Company:

- Libellous or defamatory comments
- Comments relating to any ongoing or pending criminal trial
- Personal insults or abuse towards another user
- Impersonating another user
- Swearing
- Advertising and soliciting
- Posting content that belongs to someone else (i.e. you do not own the copyright)
- Visual sexual references

Anything else?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on Company

Why do we need rules?
We want every Company user to have an enjoyable experience within our community. The house rules help maintain a friendly and supportive atmosphere. As well as being a helpful resource for our users, we want our community to be a place for fun, informative and interesting interaction where our users can share their experiences and opinions. This means every Company user must act responsibly and have respect for other users.

But it's not my problem... is it?
Users are responsible for the content of their own posts. Company does not accept any liability for the content or accuracy of user generated content. Company also reserves the right to republish any content you submit. Please see the Terms & Conditions of using Company for more info on this.

And what are you going to do about it?
We cannot and do not review every post before it appears on the site. Company operates a ‘notice and take-down' policy, which means if Company notices or is made aware of a post that contravenes the house rules, Company reserves the right to amend or remove the post and take the appropriate action against the offending user, including temporary or permanent bans.

How do I report these pesky rule breakers?
Company encourages you to contact us if you feel a post breaks these rules. Anywhere on the site where there is user generated content, whether it's a forum message, an image, a user profile or comments on blogs and articles, you should see a ‘Report Abuse' icon/link... please use this to report rule breaking to one of our moderators.
