How beauty savvy are you?

Do you know your AHAs from your SPFs or are you a beauty school drop-out?

Quiz how beauty savvy are you?

1 . You’re going out for a first date and you have a spot on the end of your nose

Reschedule - you have no intention of looking less than perfect in public - and consider visiting a dermatologist.
Set to it with medicated creams and concealer and suggest date consists of the cinema followed by dimly lit nightclub.
Give it a jolly good squeeze and forget about it, you’re so much more than a pretty (zitty) face.

2 . How many steps are there in your skincare regime?

Cleanse, tone and moisturise are your mantra and you’re already thinking about investing in anti-ageing products - after all prevention is better than cure.
You like to keep it simple but you do use a moisturiser with a sunscreen all this stuff about global warming you’d be crazy not to.
You’re just a soap and water girl everything else is just overload, right?

3 . How much do you spend on beauty and hair products each month?

Put it this way you don’t like to look at your Visa statement too closely.
You estimate around £5 - £5 as you like to try all the new products recommended by getlippy.com
A few quid in discount chemists mainly and you’ve had most of your make-up for years.

4 . How au fait with beauty jargon are you?

Totally clued up, you know your Sun Protection Factors from your Alpha Hydroxy Acids and a Brazilian from a Hollywood.
You know the basics, but how relevant is all this science stuff while you’re still young?
SPF - that’s means Special Patrol Force doesn’t it? All this global conflict is so appalling.

5 . How much are you prepared to spend on beauty treatments?

You’re a regular at the tanning parlour, the hairdressers and the nail bar and are saving up to have your teeth whitened.
You’re content to limit yourself to a haircut and colour at the best salon in town and you might treat yourself to a manicure if you’re feeling flush.
Nothing at all, you’d rather spend you hard earned cash on recreational activities.
